Do your carpet/upholstery treatments include protective solutions/treatments?
We use Hydrophobic stain and soil repellent which creates a Nano Hydro barrier that repels dirt stains and liquids. This in addition, provides layers of protection to prevent any deep soiling and staining in the future.
Is there any 'Aftercare' required after a fresh service?
Please wait till the carpet is completely dry before walking onto the carpet. Once the carpet area has completely dried, a vacuum clean is the first tip we advise to do to refresh the freshly cleaned fibres of the carpet.
How long does it take to dry after the carpet has been serviced?
Usually a typical room would take up to 2 hours with good ventilation and assisted fans provided by us. Larger rooms may take longer.
How long does a typical carpet servicing treatment take?
Depending on the total of rooms and area coverage generally between 60-90 minutes minimum. Larger areas may require additional time for up-to 2 - 4 hours.
Do I need to book a consultation quote before booking a service?
Yes, we require and offer a consultation in which we will visit the designated area for service, alternatively we also offer a video call consultation which, is essential for us to assess the size of the room(s) and damage to the treatment area. By doing so we are able to determine an estimate cost which includes, travelling, labour costs, materials and duration of the job tailored to your service request.
